Terrible Service from Pharmacy Direct

We have been getting our chronic meds for the past 7 years from Pharmacy Direct, so many incorect medication received over the years -this is now back and 4th .I called in over 8 times in the past 3 weeks to speak to the manager and pharmacy department to date no one has called me .I have specially asked that we do not want generic tablets and they keep on sending genrics to us . Nor does the accounts department ever call you back after numerous emails, calls etc .

Pathetic service , i will not recommend Pharmacy direct to anyone . I guess i will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

They dont care about their clients . False promises forever ....

I would like to see if i will ever get a call from them after this review , as i have seen so many other reviews from unhappy clients .
