Terrible service disappointed in bonitas
The service received from pharmacy direct is terrible (the word terrible doesn't even cover how I feel).
Never deliver on time half the time the medication received is wrong. After calling they promised to have it send urgently only to find out it hadn't been sent out. I'm mean seriously its chronic medicine we taking about!
They very quick to claim from the medical aid but take weeks to deliver. If I had an option I wouldn't use them!
For a company as big as Bonitas you would think they would work with a reliable company!
