Terrible pathetic service

I have asked numerous times for my meds to be delivered to my home address after they insisted that their delivery partner couldn’t leave my meds with the security guards at my estate because “meds are sensitive”. Yet they can leave the meds at reception desk for the whole weekend where anyone can take them and I’d be left without my meds. I sent a few emails someone even called me … guess what DSV delivered them yet again at reception luckily I was at work at the time. I sent another email to express my disconnect and was advised that my issue had been handed over to a manager. I am now withholding payment for co payment in fact I want the remaining refills moved over to another server provider I’m sick and tired of this nonsense
