System needs to be updated
Good day,
Can you please add to your system a search by order number, not everyone is using a medical aid, I purchased things on your website and when I give consultants my order number they cant find it, they want medical aid and I used cash. I didnt register on the website using medical aid, please simplify things by just adding search by order number. they cant even find me by my cell number that I have used on the website and they cant search by email address either.
I wanted to go collect my 2 items today but its impossible as I can get the assistance I need.
I tried your whatsapp number and there is NO Help, Padichat NO Help, phone calls NO Help as they cant find order number.
