I would like to give an accolade to 1 of your Call Centre agents Dimakatso, I called yesterday and she was efficient. She has made my experience a memorable compared to the other times when I called. I was impressed by her service rendered. I always dread calling Pharmacy Direct as the agent will first put me on hold before attending to me but yesterday I felt like a queen. You need more agents like Dimakatso, she is ana asset to you please DO keep her. Thanks once more Dimakatso.
