Stay away from Pharmacy direct they are *********** fools

I am now waiting morenthan 7 days for my chronic medication which has not been delayed due to Bonitas and their *********** service provider Pharmacy direct.I have called Bonitas several times for the last week and even today,spoke to a team leader as no managers are always not available,they have not assisted me one bit,I have emailed and called Pharmacy direct several times a day for the past week and they have been promising me my chronic medication will be delivered since last week,even promised me today,still no medication delivered.I have had it with this pathetic medical aid,bonitas and their BS Pharmacy direct *********** fools,I will be taking legal action tommorow guaranteed!Please don't join Bonitas they are the worst medical aid and they force you to use Pharmacy direct and threaten you that you will pay Co payments if you use your own Pharmacy...Bonitas staff is worst than a government department their staff are 8ncompetent and dishonest and so to are pharmacy direct....stay away from Bonitas and Pharmacy direct
