SHOCKING SERVICE RECEIVED BY PHARMACY DIRECT

Shocked at the disgusting service received by Pharmacy Direct. Ordered medicine last week and to date they can not tell me where it is. Get transferred from one person to another, manager won't take my call and does not call back. Chronic meds which should be in the fridge has been in a driver's car since last Friday when he picked it up. I have made more than 5 calls to them and they have no answers. SHOCKING!
