Shocking service. No meds for diabetic patient

My husband is diabetic on insulin. I called pharmacy direct as his medication was late and they said it will be send last Friday. Nothing received. Called again on Friday they said sorry, it will come soon. Monday, no medication. His blood sugar is 19. This is not the first time we have struggled with late or no delivery of meds. The accounts are also incorrect. If I wasn’t forced to use pharmacy direct I would change in an instant. Hardly a month goes by when we are not out of our chronic medication for at least a few days.
