Shocking Service

<p>I have never received such poor service as I have from pharmacy direct, the accounts department clearly don't know what they doing, I have requested a recon for the on an alleged outstanding balance. Every time they send the recon it is a different amount, after countless e-mails and proof of payment**** that have been sent through the problem is still not resolved and they so slow in their responses it is unbelievable. The fact is that no one is prepared to assist in getting the issue sorted and best of all is they hold back delivery of medication and don't even bat an eyelid even if it is a chronic illness. I land up going to fetch a script and going to a pharmacy and paying out of my pocket for something that I pay for already. Pharmacy direct services are totally discussing.</p>
