Shameful business

We have almost never ad a positive experience with this entity since our medical aid (Bonitas) made them their preferred service provider. This pharmacy swops out medicines without consulting patients or their physicians. In the latest saga they did not supply my hypertension medication. Upon querying this they informed us that a co-payment amount was outstanding and this was the reason to withhold the delivery. They never informed us of this, they simply slip in paperwork with their deliveries and expect people to read it. Everyone knows during this pandemic co-mobilities such as hypertension must be properly managed. It is absolutely disgraceful for an institution like this to play Russian roulette with patient's medications. We paid the outstanding amount as per the last statement a week ago and still no medication received. Bonitas should s**** their contract with Pharmacy direct and allow their members to get their medication from professional institutions of their choice. Shame on you Bonitas and Pharmacy Direct!
