Severe side effects from missed dosage on Chronic Medication due to incorrect delivery!!!!

I take a very strong antidepressant and anxiety medication. I cannot miss one single day's dosage especially the medication for my depression which is Venlor XR 300 mg a day. If I miss one single day I start having severe side effects and become extremely sick. I updated my delivery address more and 2 months ago, but still I am not receiving my medication to my new address. I called twice and was told it was updated. I logged onto the site and updated it also. I need this as in yesterday as I am on my second day without my medication and am going to end up in the hospital if I don't get it TODAY! I have always had problems with Pharmacy direct. Your service ... or should I say lack of service is shocking and when working with a patient that's on hectic chronic medication that cannot be missed you are very very unreliable. Would not recommend you to anyone at all!!!
