**** service with **** systems. Can't even tell when my meds were released and with who.
First of all, I'd like to say I just created this account and only to do a report on how **** pharmacy direct is. Last year September and October they released my meds early without consent, then once doing so, asked me to pay the levy. They now have sent through the claims back to my medical to handle, which they have, after fighting and asking why I'm being charged this when I never requested an early release!
**** these guys. They never even had my email address on the system, not to mention the 2 different amounts I got on two different dates.
Then today, I get 4 messages from my medical aid saying they're processing over R2000 worth of my medication when it costs R800? It's not two months worth of meds. It was a levy. My medical aid paid last year with it.

13 Feb 2020, 12:58To be quite honest, I don't want to talk to any members of your team and seeing the other reviews on here, you guys have a history of giving meds out early.
Also, I noticed you guys were holding my medication as a "hostage" situation until I paid what I "owed" for you guys releasing my medication early?
What if I had a seizure while driving? What if I had a seizure at my desk because of the R347 my medical aid didn't pay last year.
So my medical aid did pay half of what was due, correct? Okay, then why did you guys reprocess all of the medication that was released last year? Because that amounted to double of what my meds actually cost.
You are *****ing from my medical aid and I can prove it with all the SMS' I have from the claims you've sent to my medical aid. - I received 4 SMS' in one day for LAST YEARS CLAIMS.
If I run out of medication benefits this year, so help me god all of this will be exposed to the public. How you guys endangered my life by keeping half my medication because of something that was out of my control and then make it okay again by re-sending the claims, how I had to fight for you guys to actually ****ing do your job, how my medical aid is getting taken advantage of with all the claims you're putting out.
I received my medication by the way, the 2 months worth of medication you were holding from me - it's meant to be 60/month. But what do you guys know?
So as I've said, if I have any problems with my medication this year for funds being depleted, this will be brought up and I will tell them about how much you've actually taken as opposed to what you have.
