SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN IN FLAMES

I have been a customer since 2013. Never had any issues. Since end of 2024, something has happened to this company. I submitted my wife's new script on 26 Feb 2025, not once have they gotten her meds correct. I called countless times, every time they assure me it will be delivered today or tomorrow. I even drove there once from Boksburg to Centurion to go get my wife's meds personally. This week I received 4 parcels from them, not one of the parcels was the one I am waiting for. Now its easter weekend & my wife does not have all her meds. What now?? They do not respond to any emails, no one calls to explain. I wish I could change companies, but sadly my medical aid forces me to use Pharmacy direct. I really hope you can sort out your issues, looking at all the recent reviews, I am not the only one.
