Service Delivery non existent!

Pathetic! Sent new chronic scripts that I got after being in hospital for 8 days due to my illness on 12 November, explained that it must please be delivered urgently because I have no medication at home. 2 days later, a lady from PD phoned me, confirmed the scripts & said she'll send it to their pharmacy for urgent processing and delivery. It's now the 4th of December and after I've sent 2 more emails, no medicine has been delivered! Are they going to pay for my funeral?!
