Service cancelled on 7 April and totally ignored

I have cancellation confirmation by SMS on 7 April. I phoned again on 29th and spoke to Tabisa at 8h15 and she promised to let everyone know. I have just received an SMS that my tablets are on their way. Tracking number PD6DBAE3504. i AM AWAY FOR 3 WEEKS SO THE PARCEL MUST BE RETURNED AND A CREDIT PASSED.
