Same problem, Pathetic service,

The WORST DSP i have ever come across...every month i have the same problem, someone will call and say everything is resolved and this month again im without my chronic medication, how pathetic!! this is my life you are playing with again and the agents i have spoken to you have no clue how to do their work... i emailed my script 2months ago and today i'm told they never received it!!! it's unfortunate that my medical aid is using you guys as their DSP!!! i need my medication!!!
