Rude consultant

I have had it with this pharmacy together with bonitas and clicks at columbine. I have been doing the run around for insulin that I cant live without as im a type 1 diabetes. Do you think these people actually care if we die or not. I have been waiting for my insulin to be delivered since the beginning of the month and I still havent received it. You can imagine my frustration I have had to buy for the past two weeks and bonitas keeps rehhecring the claim coz apparently clicks claimed one pen for 30 ,days how do you do that when the pen expressly says I should be getting 10. Now cicks has blocked my claim from pharmacy direct and they told they fixed it and is to be for five days. Today I call again and a rude consultant from pharmacy direct tells me in no way am I getting help and not to the manager because they blocked by clicks. She didnt even try putting through a claim for today because as far as clicks is concerned they resollved the issue. Now tell me what am I to do in this situation. I am totally broke from both paying the medical aid and having bought 3 pens to date and thers still no hope of being assisted ??????????????????????
