Bonitas and your DSP Pharmacy Direct, how many complaints do we have to raise for you to come to the party?

I have raised a number of complaints regarding the delivery of my medication by Pharmacy Direct. Since I started on Bonitas and having to use your DSP, I have to fight to get my contraceptives and still they are delivered late and i have to play catch up by taking two tablets for missed days every month.How is that acceptable when you dealing with matters of people's health? This experience is also with other medications. Why is Dischem able to process my scripts on time and let me know when on time when my medication is ready and with an option to deliver and on time for that matter? Why are consistently failing us as customers? We pay our hard earned money ,because health is life and you provide us with ******* Service.
