I would like to thank Leazel for assisting with my 2 year old sons asthma treatment that I have been waiting for a month to receive. A month ago if not almost 2 I have been battling with getting mu sons treatment from pharmacy direct regardless of the phone calls I made and e mails I sent. My son hadn't used his pumps in 2 weeks at the most and had started coughing and wheezing which concerned me and I kept on making follow up calls but everybody told me a different story. On the 20 June 2022 I foned in to make yet another follow up and I was assisted by a polite lady named Leazel I am happy to say she resolved my issue,she even foned back when I ran out of aurtine re assured me and was very concerned that my small baby hasn't had treatment fir so long. I've never felt so much warmth from somebody on the other end. As I'm writing this review my sons meds will be delivered tomorrow because of this caring kind human being.Pharmacy Direct has found a gem in Leazel,she's the best I've ever communicated with at pharmacy direct. Very polite,understanding and sympathetic. Leazel may you continue with a great job,you are just too good at it. Remain blessed.
