Returned medicine not credited and incorrect medicine was send

Terrible customer service.. trying for 3 months to get our account to be corrected... medicine was sent to us ( we've send several emails , made calls ... wasting money on airtime and their WhatsApp service are also not very helpful... trying to explain that we not using some of the medicine on the script and and it shouldn't be repeated... but instead they keep sending the medicine... it was eventually collected after 3 weeks .. last week my husband got his repeated script delivered and the exact same medicine was delivered that was not ordered... jit is so frustrating because you can't get through to their customer service call center and they don't respond to our emails... the acount is now almost R4000 and they don't send us a detailed invoice for us to see if the returned medicine was credited. Really pathetic customer service
