Poorest service ever with a pharmacy

I never had such a bad experience with a pharmacy. Waiting since 12 April for medicine to be delivered. If the customer care people do not put the phone down in your ear the answer is just tomorrow you will get it, the whatsapp line only say high volume calls and if someone assist you they tell you you have no prescription but medicine is somewhere on its way. I cannot logon to their system IT guy will contact me still no contact from them. They are the preferred service provider for Bonitas now when you want to use them the service is less than one star. They do quickly react on a Hello Peter review with a lot of promises. How long can it take to assist my whole nightmare started with them on 26 March already and upto now on 18 April still no medicine not any medicine chronic medicine!!! Yes they did ask if we will be ok and I said yes upto Wednesday now it is Thursday and still no delivery
