Poor services

I've been calling checking on my delivery for my hypertension medication I have not received. Every time I called medication , it was signed by me I fought with consultant I can't be signing coz I don't work at the doctors rooms. I sent an email, nothing it been 2 months without medication. I have heard people complaining about PD but I never thought it would happen to me. I've never seen such poor service. You playing with my life if I I suffer from CVA are they gonna pay for my claims.
