Poor service pharmacy direct

I have a friend who has severe diabetes. She is struggling since the 2 of October to get insulin and test strips. I just wonder if they are going to take resopsibility for her child when anything happens to her. They promised they will deliver it before the end of yesterday, we still have nothing.
