POOR SERVICE - PHARMACY DIRECT.

Pharmacy direct does not deliver chronic medication in time. This is not the first time. My chronic medication was delivered today in the Western Cape (Herholdsbay - George) and I live in Vanderbijlpark. It is now 2 months that I have to purchase medication from local chemist in Vanderbijlpark. They do not respond to emails, calls etc. because the pasient is a number and they do not care.
