Poor Service from the Pharmacy direct call Centre

the service is poor i have sent the scrip for the chronic medication on the 5 May 2023 and i was told the medication will be delivered on the 30 May 2023 , today its the 31 of May im quering about the delivery im told the script has expired, how crazy that is.......... now im on hold for about an hour just to get hold of the manager since this call centre ppl are useless in giving me the assistance that i need.
