Poor service delivery - Sorry, no service delivery

I have to get my Chronic Medication from Pharmacy Direct but I struggle every month to get it delivered. I have to phone them so that they can do their job and follow up after hanging on to calls that get cut. When you call they are experiencing high call volumes, probably all the other clients complaining. This is my second complaint on Hallo Peter about this company and most probably not my last.
