Poor service delivery
Everytime I have to get my medication from your pharmacy there is always a mishap.I have to call to remind you to process my medication and also Pharmacy Direct please tell your your drivers to deliver my medication and leave it with security ar my estate. Since you fail to listen to my requests of making delivery arrangements before hand.
