Poor service delivery at its best.

Your parcel PD2094A9Z005 from Pharmacy Direct is out for delivery and will arrive before 5:00 PM by DSV courier. My medication was delivered to a wrong address ..Dsv cant be playing with our life' like this...I have been using this services for along time Normal they call and make arrangements with me but this time they did not do that hence I did not get my medication instead they have dropped it at a wrong place...Dsv is not doing a proper service how can someone I don't know sign for my delivery... It means delivery procedure is flawed and not well done. Medication is something that is very sensitive and DSV .has failed me. They did not even communicate with me about my parcel .
