POOR Service Absolutely Shocking Customer Experience No Outcome to get this Problem Fixed

I have never in my Life Received such Bad service from A company that is Referred by your medical aid to get your Chronic Medication from. I have used them before and never was it an issue. Since my Prescription changed is became a world of a nightmare to deal with them. They get my medication wrong. Delivery is not on time. I have to phone every single month for medication that is incorrect. I have a Disorder how on earth are you suppose to rely on Pharmacy Direct to get your Medication right and how on earth can Medical aid Company's rely on them when they get this not right. I have phoned again now. Third time this week to get my medication on time as i wont have any on Sunday . Do they give a **** NO only to get told it was dispatched yesterday 24-48 Hours. Delivery address office address. Claim went to my medical aid Wrong claim again 3rd time in a row Pharmacy Direct ***. Then you also get a call from a Pharmacist that will assist you all the way she even gives you her email address. you mail her. With no response. I truly give up with this place. Assume i will get my medicine some where else
