Poor Service

I have issues with Pharmacy Direct as people who are supposed to be delivering my chronic medication.

All they are good at is to claim from my medical aid but don’t deliver medication.

Imagine going two months without medication that is supposed to be saving your life, worse during this pandemic. Its more sad when you are frontline worker, immunocompromised yet expected to serve your country.

Pharmacy Direct doesn’t have regard for human life whatsoever.
