Poor service

<p>Our Medical aid forced us to get our chronic medicine from Pharmacy direct which is to be delivered by courier at my house in time for me to start with my new montly perscription of tablets but it is endles trouble to get decent service on onday 08 August 2016 I received my parcel but only half of the tablets I phoned them immediateley talk to Zanele who told me it was devided in two parcels and that they did not send the second parcel by mistake she promised that she will send it for delivery on Wednesday morning which obviously did not happen phoned again and this timeI talk to Lerisha who told me the parcel is still there I told her that I am leaving for Bloemfontein on Thursday she then ask me the address in Bloemfontein to re-direct the deliver to this address wel I arrived this afternoon and stil no parcel phone Lerisha again she promise to find out where the parcel is and phone me back well I phone again at 16h00 and she promise to phone me back again which she never did do they ecpect me to pend my little weekend brake staying at home waiting for this delivery and to top it all the previous month I received my medicine 3 days late also after several phone calls is this the service this company is going to give me with my chronic medicine. poor poor poor</p>
