On the 4th of January 2018 I sent a VERY URGENT script through to PD stating the urgency of the script as my daughter tried to commit suicide in December 2017. He script is from a psychiatrist and not a GP and she was in a psychiatric unit for weeks. I received a call on the 4th from the pharmacist and she told me meds will be dispensed the following day. I sent a mail to Hansley asking him when meds will be delivered as I have not received anything. He rep**** with next week. (On a previous occasion a consoltant by the name of Elder told me they can do same day delivery if they request it from the manager I it is urgent.) I went to Dishem being well aware of the time delay linked to PD AND their COURIERS and bought meds for 5 days which I paid for cash. Today is the last of the 5 days. I phoned yet again and AGAIN it is the fault for the couriers. Please note: they have PD vehicles in my area, why could it not have been sent with a driver? No its said to me they are no in my area? Yet I have seen they van's on 4 different occasions in my area, even as far as one street from me. If I didn't phone and bring this under his attention will he had followed it up from his side? The service is pathetic. And the script is on a month so next month we will have the same problems.
