Poor service

Last month was my 1st time with them. My chronic medication was not delivered by the date communicated by sms. My chronic medication ran out I contacted them via Facebook a manager contacted me and arrangements were made for my pills to be delivered. This month again package did not arrive on date communicated by sms and yet again I am without my chronic medication. I contacted them yesterday via Facebook they said they would look into it then radio silence. I asked them today on WhatsApp they say they they will query with courier then nothing. This is the worst service
