poor serveice

I have been waiting for my courier medications for over a month now. They attempted to deliver my medication . i was absent and i have given pharmacy direct a clear instruction which is to leave my medications at reception of my work place but the courier for some reason he didnt leave it at reception. on the 14th September i chatted with an agent on whatsapp she responded by saying "Alright , please be advised that i will arrange for the medication to be returned back to you"". I have a question how long will it take for me to receive my life saving chronic medication. funny enough i dont work far from pharmacy direct i am less than 7 kilometers from their Centurion Depot
