Poor Poor service.

Very bad, I am on Bonitas medical aid. very nice nothing wrong with them but Pharmacy Direct is a zero with most in component people. My first request was delivery at my home adres. then i send a second request to change the address to Click's in Main street Kuruman 8460. This morning at 8hoo hours they send me a sms that my medicine will be delivered before 17h00 on 2013.02.13 I tipe this message at 17h40. They got my adres on Wechville and it was never ever requested. This medicine was scheduled for the 5th of February and still i do not receive any thing. I need at this stage to buy medicine out of my pocket. Then if i do not use them i has a 40% co payment. but there co payment is more that Clicks.
