Poor management skills

Forced to give one Star. Khanisile and Pharmacy Manager Natasha has very poor service skills when it comes to being promt and accommodating. They seem to always frustrate me with their tidious proceedures of not taking instructions in following scripts given from my doctor. Wrong dosage and frequently charging from my day to day benefits when asked not to. No body take responsibility for their actions and it seems to be getting out of hand
