Poor delivery service

Bad service🙃. Can never seem to send the correct monthly medication I called them and told them I’m out of meds they sent other meds but not the one I’m out of. Ugh. I must still go to pharmacy every month to get the meds they forgot to send. What good is the service if I still must go to the pharmacy every month. And I pay cash and they do not reimburse ???
