Poor Customer service

Good day

This would now be my 2nd complaint as my 1st complaint dd 28/07 was not handled to my satisfaction. Your manager Jeanne Buys who contacted me did not resolve my complaint. Instead she was throwing excuses in my face and not addressing my concern at all. My problem was that the people confirmed a 2month supply of Ozempic to be send . and this did not happen. Please can someone that is willing to assist and listen phone me. I am well aware of my account status but this was not discussed once. The Jeanne made my whole complaint about my account.

I am so dissapointed really. Really you are not treating your customers fairly.
