Poor communication from Direct Pharmacy

They claim they have delivered my meds on the 10th March, when I enquire about it. They dont respond. I also wrote to Ms Phasha who has not come back to me. 1. No meds was delivered to me hence I have requested for investigation 2. I have asked if I can use other service providers since its been 2 months without delivery.
