Poor client experience

Following up with them , doctors prescription was sent on 17 March. Seeing no sms confirmation for script receipt,on 27 March I called I was told medication is dispatched and will be delivered same day. Today , I am told they didn't get my script. Such inconsistent, poor service delivery!!.. no
