Playing with Lives

The 1 star is for the select few individuals and the walk in pharmacy who try to assist. Pharmacy Direct however gets zero for playing with people's lives who are on chronic medication. They are chronically late in delivery of chronic meds like insulin resulting in having to buy meds out of pocket from local pharmacies. Their own system allows You to order medical devices like CGM's but in 4 attempts to order these, they still have not delivered them with medication as ordered. Trying to get to a consultant to assist is problematic with a single email address to deal with all chronic queries. Sadly, Bonitas, Pharmacy Direct gives You a bad name. Pharmacy Direct will not learn from this, they will give their standard response that the complaint is directed toward a manager of their organisation.
