PILLS FINISHED - Since end of Nov2022 no chronic medication but claiming from medical aid.

I am on chronic BP medication. I emailed my script on 25Nov2022 and received confirmation sms on 30Nov2022. I also received my the last repeat from the previous script around that time. And I have a positive balance with them to. They claimed on 26Dec2022 from medical aid, but no delivery to date. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to my dr. to get pills for the month. Then again they claimed on 20Jan2023 but still no delivery. I phoned them on 31Jan2023 with my problem that I am going to run out of medication this weekend and that I hade to go to my dr. to get pills and they need to deliver this week. They said they would deliver before today 03Feb2023, but nothing yet. I also phoned them today explaining everything that has happened and told them I got medication till Sunday and leaving next week for work. I ask that someone phone me back with how they will deliver my medication as this is unacceptable and I need the pills urgently. It is almost end of business day and no call or sms yet. Hoe has to pay for the dr. consultation every time and all the inconvenience?
