Pharmacy INDIRECT
The only reason I am giving your service 1 Star is because it wont let me do no stars.
I phoned you guys on Wednesday 6 March 2019 to enquire about my meds and was promised it would be delivered on Thursday or Friday. SHOCK SHOCK no delivery again. I then called on Monday again and was told somebody would get back to the same day, SHOCK SHOCK nobody called. I have now called again today 13 March 2019 and will wait and see if anything happens.
Every other month I have a problem with Pharmacy Direct and I am getting fed up going to my local Pharmacy asking to give me extra pills until you decide to deliver my tablets because of your **** delivery system and I am also getting fed up wasting my airtime phoning you every month.
Get your act together.
