Pharmacy Direct...the most useless pharmacy.

I cannot understand how these people are responsible for sending out chronic medication when they cannot even reply to an email or pick up the phone. I am yet to receive my medication which is usually sent out at the beginning of the month. The problems never end. I am promised it will arrive, they will follow up and get back to me etc. Nothing. Rowenda is on leave and refers me to Cassandra. Cassandra has yet to respond. The only efficient person in that office is Natasha. The phone line is constantly down. I have had to buy my own medication at the pharmacy. Poor service and *********** staff. These are people's lives you are dealing with. Where is my medication??????
