Pharmacy Direct very very poor service

My husband and I are on Bonitas Medical Fund. My husband put his medication onto Chronic. We were told by Bonitas Medical Fund that we must use Pharmacy Direct to get the discounted medication. Worst mistake we made. Pharmacy Direct are completely useless. I now have to cancel them and get a new script from our Doctor to go to another pharmacy. I will never recommend Pharmacy Direct.
