Pharmacy Direct very unhelpful and ***********.

I am very disappointed in Pharmacy Direct service. We have been customers of them for years. Samantha Bosman always helped us to make up our prescriptions for us very professionally and courier it to us. She is apparently now on maternity leave and as from last month it is a nightmare, doing business with Pharmacy Direct. My husband sent in our prescriptions for repetition on May 30th. It's June 9 today and we still haven't received it. It also doesn't help to call them they don’t know and are very ***********. This morning, he inquired when our prescriptions would be delivered and were then informed that it hadn't even been submitted for order yet. There is just no one who can help you. If this is how Pharmacy Direct treats their customers, we will no longer make us of their services.
