Clearly a bunch of brain dead idiots in their account department. They keep sending these annoying sms’s about so-called money we owe them without checking their facts first. Why should people be held ransom for their medication because of their incompetence? Then of course Bonitas doesn’t bother to check if the medication that is charged for is actually correctly dispatched!!!!!!! For 4 months I have to phone these retards every month because they get my medication wrong!!!! Every f@&king month !!!!!! The supervisor, Annette is just as clueless as the rest of them. I’ve tried to explain to her ad-nausium with no success either. They are too happy to get paid to do the bare minimum.
