Pharmacy Direct Useless as always

And yet another issue with Pharmacy Direct delivery! Every month I need to notify Pharmacy Direct to deliver my medication on time. They don't deliver medication on time if they are not notified by the customer. This is a complete waste of my time. I was provided a delivery schedule to which they promised they would keep up to. My medication was supposed to have been delivered on 5th May which was yesterday. However a claim has not even been processed yet!!!!
