Pharmacy Direct train off the tracks

Our medical aid demands we use Pharmacy Direct for our chronic medication. When we started ordering there 2 yrs ago. Medication was delivered monthly without us phoning to order. Wonderful: same date every month. Now we order medication, we have to wait 5 days to a week for delivery. On the pharmacy system it shows it is booked out on the day we order, so we can't order before that date again. It come a week late last time and the vehicle was suspicious. It had a lot of passengers and they were laughing and joking. Very unprofessional. Pharmacy direct acct nr: 7B8079. ***
