Pharmacy Direct To Hell

Complete and utter chaos at this place ?. Meds that has to get sent does not get sent. Meds was dispatched on the 29/07 and was only delivered on 10/08. Then there are meds that has been out of stock now for 3 months that they cannot pick up a phone or send an email and say listen idiot we are unable to get this meds for you, please ask your doctor to prescribe you something else.

Then you get messages saying you have 1 repeat left after you have only handed in a 6 months script, 3 months ago??? In 3 months they cannot get vitamin D pills.

Also the operator on the phone promises that they will get your mess ready for urgent delivery as you have been 2 weeks now without medicine because you had to gather money to pay off 2 months of medicine. Then wen you phone the following afternoon to find out when the medicine will be delivered then you hear that the script has has not even yet been sent to the pharmacy yet to be packed. And when you complain to someone then they are always so sorry and they dont know why that person did or say that but they promise you the sun and the moon but then you still just get the same **** service.

I had to manually go into their offices to get my medicine amd when I opened it there, despite all the fights and all the mails my Depramil 40mg os not in the box. When I ask fir it they look on the computer and tell me I have bever received it. Then I tell him hoe do I know it is a white and pink box? The consultant did not say anything else then just got up to go get it. When he got pack he brought it wrapped in a ton of plastic.

When I got home and opened it the first thing ai saw was a that it was a green box and then I saw om the box it say in it is 20mg. So I thought maybe ok they want me to take 2 pills on stead 1 pill a day. Then when I look on the side of he box I see that they say I must drink 2 pils at a time bit the problem again is they only dave me 15 dus worth of pills.

Like I said, we had to go and fetch my meds because of all the promisees days after days of when my meds will be delivered. And it changes every time I speak to them.

My wife was speaking to a call centre agent when the phone went dead and the agent phoned me so I gave her my wife’s number and still till now.

Pharmacy Direct has the monopoly about where and wjhen we can get our meds. ???
